By placing an order with us online, by phone or by post you agree to the following terms:

Payment
All payments must be made in full in advance or on the day of arrival and are based on a nightly rate. You may be charged additional rates if you pick up your pet late after the agreed date of collection.

Amendment or cancellations
Bookings without prior payment are held in good faith. Please inform us asap if you need to cancel a booking. We reserve the right to refuse any booking without explanation.

Abandonment

If your pet is not collected on the due day and we are unable to contact you via the information you have given us, we will after seven days seek to have your pet rehomed.

Health
All animals boarding with us must be in good health and all medical conditions discussed with us prior to us being able to board your pet. If we feel your pet is showing signs of illness or injury we may refuse to accept them. This is for the benefit of your own pet and that of other boarders. Rabbits must have been vaccinated against Myxomatosis and VHD and proof of vaccination will be required at check in. Failure to provide proof may result in your pet being refused entry and a refund of any monies paid is not guaranteed. It is advised that you use a worming treatment for your rabbit annually. During the summer months (April through to September) we also recommend that all rabbit owners have their rabbits treated with Fly Guard (or similar product) to prevent flystrike.

If your pet becomes seriously ill during their stay with us, we will attempt to contact you or your emergency nominee, in the first instance (or leave a message) and take them to a vet. We will act in the interests of the animal and will not delay seeking urgent treatment, even if we're unable to contact you or your nominee first.  If possible we will take your pet to your regular vet, unless the travelling distance is detrimental to the animal, in which case we will use our local veterinary surgery which is The Ark, Connaught Road, Fleet or their out of hours providers.  Any costs for veterinary consultation, treatment and medication must be met by you, the owner, this includes out of hours charges (which can be a minimum of £165). Your pet will be treated under your name and address.

If you have bonded pets staying with us and we need to separate them due to illness (or if your pets have to be separated due to fighting), we will charge for the additional accommodation. You will be required to pay any of these extra costs when you collect your pet. In the extremely unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in our care, we will contact you immediately if possible (or leave a message) and follow your wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill, is attacked by another boarder or predator or passes away whilst staying with us. All pets are left entirely at owners risk. We accept no liability for injury sustained by you or your pet whilst on our premises.

Marketing
We will never share your personal details with anyone else for marketing purposes, however we may occasionally contact those who have placed a booking with information or offers. If you do not wish to receive these you can contact us at any time to request to be removed from our mailing list.
